On the first floor, you’ll find: A spacious living room, with a big lanai and dining area, perfect for relaxing or sharing meals together. A separate, well-appointed kitchen, fully equipped with appliances and cookware to prepare family meals when you're not indulging at the nearby restaurants. The kitchen also includes a coffee machine and Keurig, so you can start your mornings with a cup of coffee while watching the sunrise on the beach. The master bedroom features a king bed, ensuite bathroom, and stunning views of the Fazio golf course. Upstairs, away from the bustle of the main living areas: Two guest rooms: one with a queen bed and the other with two twin beds. A full bathroom conveniently located between the two rooms. Each room, including the living room, is equipped with a flat-screen TV, and the home features high-speed internet throughout, as well as a dedicated workstation for checking in on the office or leisurely browsing.
