With two air-conditioned rooms, it sleeps up to 4 guests comfortably. The condo features a king bed in the master bedroom and a queen sofa sleeper in the living room. Relax with a coffee table view of the fairway and beautiful sunsets, enjoy a full kitchen, and unwind just minutes from the beach and the Ritz-Carlton Turtle Bay. Guests also enjoy access to 3 swimming pools, BBQ gazebos, tennis and pickleball courts, and more.
House rulesSmoking/Pets: Smoking is not allowed, as all units are non- smoking. We love pets as much as you do, but unfortunately they are not allowed.
Lock & Key: The lock pad is on the front door. Please open the screen to access it. Your code will come in the ‘Before You Arrive’ email.
Gate Code: The Gate Code provided will allow entrance into the gated community of Kuilima Estates West during your stay.
Parking Pass: There is one assigned parking space for unit. There is a parking pass in the unit for your car. Please display it visibly, either on your car dashboard
Quiet Hours: 9:00pm - 8:00am
Parties are not allowed.
Laundry: Do not use laundry detergent with bleach/oxi, it stains our towels! Please remove sand and shells from pockets and bathing suits BEFORE loading items in the washer. Please shake sand off towels, outside, BEFORE loading in the washer.
Sand: Please remove sand and shells from pockets and bathing suits BEFORE entering the house and showers.
Trash: Please take out the trash. Dumpster is adjacent to the parking area.
