Please help by: Keeping the unit free of crumbs Wiping counters and sinks after preparing or eating food Storing all food in sealed containers or the refrigerator Not leaving dirty dishes or food containers out Taking out excessive trash and take-out boxes promptly Important:
Please do not eat on the couches or beds. Crumbs attract bugs. If excessive garbage or dirty dishes are found at checkout, an additional cleaning fee may apply. ❄️ AIR CONDITIONING To conserve energy and maintain comfort: Close all doors and windows in rooms where A/C is running Turn off all A/C units when leaving the house 🤫 QUIET HOURS Please respect community quiet hours:
9:00 PM – 8:00 AM 🚭 SMOKING, PETS & PARTIES Smoking is not permitted inside the unit or on the lanai Pets are not allowed Parties and large gatherings are prohibited 🧺 LAUNDRY & SAND CARE Do not use detergents containing bleach or Oxi (they stain towels) Shake towels outside before washing Remove sand and shells from clothing and swimwear before entering the home or shower Excessive sand damages plumbing and appliances—please be mindful 🗑 TRASH & TOILETS Trash:
Dispose of all trash in the dumpster located next to the parking area. Toilets:
Do not flush: Feminine hygiene products Disposable or “flushable” wipes Paper towels or trash Only toilet paper should be flushed. 🧹 HOUSEKEEPING We provide basic household supplies for the first day or two of your stay.
