Guest Parking One complimentary guest parking stall is available on a first-come, first-served basis. Parking Passes One parking pass and one guest pass are provided inside the unit. These must be displayed at all times. Replacement cost: $50 per pass. CLEANLINESS & PEST PREVENTION Hawai‘i’s tropical climate attracts insects, and we work hard to keep the unit pest-free. Please help by: Keeping the unit free of crumbs Wiping counters and sinks after preparing or eating food Storing all food in sealed containers or the refrigerator Not leaving dirty dishes or food containers out Taking out excessive trash and take-out boxes promptly Important: Please do not eat on the couches or beds. Crumbs attract bugs. If excessive garbage or dirty dishes are found at checkout, an additional cleaning fee may apply. Felt right at home at Helena’s! They provided clear instructions from start to finish. It was quiet and the perfect little space to go back to after adventuring around the North Shore. Would definitely book again in the future!

We came here on our first trip to Hawaii after a few days in Waikiki and it was such a relief to get some peace and quiet! The apartment was very clean and in a great location to explore Oahu, and the communication was excellent. We encountered a couple of small issues (tv not working - this was a cable issue, and needed extra towels) but these were dealt with quickly. Supplies in the kitchen were great although I would have loved some salt and pepper when we cooked. But overall a great stay and I would definitely come here again!

Comfortable condo which satisfied our needs. While A/C is available, the flow of air together with the fans were sufficient. Host is quick to respond. Felt welcomed and got necessary instructions. The view of the golf course provided for quiet and relaxing surrounding. Equipped with everything that is needed. However, condo could use some maintenance, e.g. unhinged screen door, in order to justify the higher price.

We enjoy the North Shore but it can be difficult to find a rental near the town of Haleiwa. So I started looking at rentals within the Turtle Bay complex to be near a cluster of amenities without driving far for every meal or beach visit. The condos just outside the resort were a great solution, keeping us within walking distance of the beach and restaurants. This condo is situated on, I believe, Hole 1 of the Fazio golf course. It is currently closed for work so people would go for morning walks along the paths. It's a 5 minute drive to the beach at the resort, and if you are early enough, can easily grab a parking space for beach visitors. Later in the day gets a little harder so you can also walk from the condo. There are plenty of beach supplies at the condo, if you need them: towels, snorkeling equipment, etc. We loved seeing the turtle and monk seal!The condo itself is stocked with all sorts of supplies. Keurig and drip coffee makers, rice cookers, toaster, all cooking utensils. I would just suggest adding a cocktail shaker to the inventory! Plenty of extra towels and pillows tucked away in the bedroom. We would enjoy our coffee each morning on the back patio.Resort offers different dining options plus a small market. There's a lobby bar with the BEST view! Be sure not to miss this beautiful space! We would definitely stay here again for our North Shore visits.
