Gate Code The provided gate code will allow access to Kuilima Estates West during your stay. Assigned Parking Your stay includes one designated parking stall. Guest Parking One complimentary guest parking stall is available on a first-come, first-served basis. Parking Passes One parking pass and one guest pass are provided inside the unit. These must be displayed at all times. Replacement cost: $50 per pass. CLEANLINESS & PEST PREVENTION Hawai‘i’s tropical climate attracts insects, and we work hard to keep the unit pest-free. Please help by: Keeping the unit free of crumbs Wiping counters and sinks after preparing or eating food Storing all food in sealed containers or the refrigerator Not leaving dirty dishes or food containers out Taking out excessive trash and take-out boxes promptly Important: Please do not eat on the couches or beds. Crumbs attract bugs. If excessive garbage or dirty dishes are found at checkout, an additional cleaning fee may apply. AIR CONDITIONING To conserve energy and maintain comfort: Close all doors and windows in rooms where A/C is running Turn off all A/C units when leaving the house QUIET HOURS Please respect community quiet hours: 9:00 PM – 8:00 AM SMOKING, PETS & PARTIES Smoking is not permitted inside the unit or on the lanai Pets are not allowed Parties and large gatherings are prohibited LAUNDRY & SAND CARE Do not use detergents containing bleach or Oxi (they stain towels) Shake towels outside before washing Remove sand and shells from clothing and swimwear before entering the home or shower Excessive sand damages plumbing and appliances—please be mindful TRASH & TOILETS Trash: Dispose of all trash in the dumpster located next to the parking area. Toilets: Do not flush: Feminine hygiene products Disposable or “flushable” wipes Paper towels or trash Only toilet paper should be flushed. HOUSEKEEPING We provide basic household supplies for the first day or two of your stay. Additional cleaning service is available for a fee—please contact us to schedule. NOT ALLOWED Hanging towels or clothing on lanai railings Skateboarding anywhere on the grounds POOLS, TENNIS COURTS & BBQ AREAS Pools: Three pools are available for guest use Hours: 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM No lifeguard on duty No glass permitted One pool rotates weekly as Adults Only—please check posted signage Tennis & Pickle Ball Courts: Open to guests. Please follow posted rules. BBQs: Charcoal BBQs are available in the pool gazebos (first come, first served). Please bring your own charcoal. We had an amazing stay at Helena's house! Our family spent several days enjoying everything the North Shore has to offer. We spent our days at the beautiful beaches, played pickleball in the mornings and evenings, and enjoyed delicious meals from the local food trucks. The house was the perfect home base for our trip: clean, comfortable, and well equipped for a family stay. We especially appreciated the peaceful atmosphere after our busy days of activities.

We absolutely loved our stay. The location is great beds are comfy. They are on the harder side. Bathroom in loft does not have a door. It was not used by those that stayed in the loft. Space would be better used as a closet or additional loft space. Loved the pool, Simple but heated and perfect size we thought. Just didn’t like the communication. Lots of thanks for staying with us, here are check out details. Who wants to think of check out the day we arrive? Plus we had paid for a 2pm check out and the instructions still noted a firm 10am check out. It took a long time to confirm that we still had a 2pm checkout and should ignore automated messaging. Would rather not to get so many messages to ignore. Also the water alarm went off and was really really loud. We did not know where to find it or how to turn it off. I’m pretty sure our hearing is impaired from that experience. Not sure how you’d let guests know about this.

This saved our trip. Such a wonderful home base so you can explore the island. Great amenities and comfortable beds. Quiet and safe. Beach gear was a huge plus. Would not hesitate to stay again.

Our family of five really enjoyed this property. It was very clean, peaceful and relaxing. We had plenty to do onsite, we enjoyed the basketball hoop and pickle ball courts. We, also, liked how Turtle Bay was a short walk from the townhouse, it’s a beautiful property! We even walked across the golf course which didn’t seem to be busy and enjoyed the beach. There are many options offsite too, short drive to North Shore, many food trucks and fruits stands. Definitely recommend it!
